Me too Andrew! Tu's work accomplishes that especially well. The sheer scale of Chongqing's infrastructure really accentuates his compositions, which are already simultaneously far away and full feeling.
As a writer on contemporary photography over the past 15 years, if I am chosen to receive a photobook I would pass it forward to my local photo organization library (Aurora PhotoCenter - Indianapolis). That way, multitudes of people for many years to come can enjoy the book.
The first set is amazing, especially that shot of the demolition.
I'm particularly fond of that image too Griffin!
Exceptional collection! The scale of some many of these makes me feel small

Love how liminal the first set feels
I do too Mason! That last image is particularly amazing.
Wow, I really liked the 4th photo. It's my style, for sure!
That one is a great "subtler" image in Tu's project!
All really gorgeous.
I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the feature Aaron!
What a wonderful selection as always ! Loved the first series especially images 3 and 6. It’s a change from American scenery !
