I'm pulled in by James Parker's work here — candidly, I'd glanced at the images a few months back, but only so quickly to register that they're of richly colored clouds. More contemplative and intentional viewing this time around, I'm appreciating the his juxtaposition of the scale of the jets compared to the immensity of the sky.
The photo with the three black smoke clouds really stands out to me. It's just one of those bizarrely interesting scenes that makes you wonder.
